Our most recent sports specific release is the first iteration of Al-Ittihad’s website. Al-Ittihad is a PIF owned, champion Saudi Arabian football and sports club, which has a passionate and growing international fanbase.

The website will be upgraded over the coming months to feature far more features, all designed to elevate the digital experience for fans, supporters, sponsors and internal stakeholders.

We are already working on their application, which is on schedule to be released in the near future. The ultimate goal for the app is to integrate e-commerce and ticketing to create a single point of truth for their supporters.

The process began with an extensive Discovery and Research project, deep-diving into consumer behaviour both locally and internationally. We benchmarked in excess of 100 websites and apps from within sport and commerce. Following this we carried out numerous interviews and workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.

The nature of the project meant we had to spread the project over a number of phases to fit with Ittihad’s financial model.
