Cadence led the digital transformation of EuroHockey – the governing body for hockey across 42 European nations – delivered as part of an EU-funded sustainability grant.
EuroHockey were running a continental operation on legacy systems and manual processes. Eight staff managed 40+ competitions per year with no single source of truth. The brief was total transformation.
Following a three-month discovery at their Brussels HQ, we designed and built three interconnected systems: a public-facing website with live SportsRadar data and OTT streaming; a Member Portal with role-based access for National Associations; and an internal Platform replacing four legacy tools in a single environment.
